A starting point for your heels journey.
This course is designed for pole dancers who are curious about heels but don’t know where to start—or feel a bit intimidated to try.
Over 5 classes, you’ll build the essential foundations: confidence, control, and fluidity in heels.
You’ll learn:
  • Walking in heels with intention
  • Moving around the pole
  • Simple pirouettes and turns
  • Body rolls, hip rolls, and leg waves
  • Transitions between floor and standing
  • Connecting movements into flow
✨ Heels are available to try at the studio (limited sizes)

What happens after this course?
This course is designed as a foundation. After completing it, you’ll be able to continue your heels practice by joining:
  • Heels choreography classes
  • Tricks in heels classes
You’ll have the essential technique and confidence to step into these classes without feeling lost.
