I am new to pole and aerial, how do I start?
Our beginner classes are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and technique from day one. We offer drop-in classes, so there's no need to commit to a full course—just book the sessions that suit your schedule.
Welcome! We’re so excited to have you join us. Here’s a quick guide to help you feel confident and prepared:
🧘 What to Expect
  • Warm Welcome: Your instructor will greet you, show you around, and explain how the class works.
  • Structured Class: Classes begin with a warm-up, followed by conditioning, then the main training (pole, hoop, or silks), and finish with a cool down.
  • Supportive Environment: No pressure to be perfect—everyone starts somewhere, and we’re here to help you grow.
🎒 What to Bring
  • Comfortable Workout Clothes: Think fitted shorts for pole, or leggings for hoop/silks, and a and a t-shirt or sport bra. Avoid loose clothing that might get in the way, you will want to have grip on your upper arms and your legs!
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated!
  • Positive Energy: A little courage and a lot of curiosity go a long way.
